TEE WITH HONEY Refunds and Returns Policy
Our returns and refunds policy covers issues to do with quality and damage on arrival and lasts up to 30 days from delivery. Refunds are not guaranteed for requests made after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items and intimate-use products. Please get in touch if unsure.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To initiate your return, email us with proof of purchase and an image of the item. We will send you a returns authorisation and confirm the returns address. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return. Please do not send us your item before receiving the confirmation email.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of when your refund will be processed. You will have the option to receive the refund on your original method of payment within 10-14 days or as a store credit (immediate).
Partial Refunds may be applied in cases including:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Items not received in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to the original issue
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery on a case-by-case basis
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, please contact your bank initially and then your credit card company. Processing times are beyond our control. However, if you still have not received your refund after 20 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items are non-refundable
Should you wish to exchange an item, send an email at email@example.com and we will advice on next steps.
All refunds for items marked as gifts are returned as store credits.
Returns must be shipped to the address provided in the returns confirmation email and only after the return has been approved. To return your product, see above (paragraph 2) about how to initiate a return.
You are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when shipping items over $100 (or your local currency equivalent). Items that are not received will invalidate the returns policy.
